Overview[]
A doctor by day, a cowboy by night, and an evil-doer 24/7. He was once a high-ranking scientist at T.O.X.I.N., tasked with turning a newly discovered breed of wild berries with incredible anti-psychic properties into a weaponized sugar (codename: Super Sugar) that’d be powerful enough to destroy the PsyBorgs.
Cowboy is a chemistry genius and has been behind most of General Blight and T.O.X.I.N.'s chemical warfare and bomb concoctions. In his spare time, Cowboy tends to his horses and ponies at a ranch in the foothills west of Championopolis.
